At the entrance of the bungalow, there is a glassed loggia with an open wardrobe and a chest of drawers – for the comfortable storage of clothing and other belongings.
Here You will also find two foldable chairs and two sunbeds – for the cozy evenings with a glass of wine or morning coffee on the terrace. They are light in weight, so it is possible to take them to the swimming pool area or to the seaside – for sunbathing.
2. Living room / dining room / kitchen
In this area You will find: sofa-bed, dining set: a table and 4 chairs, commode, small refrigerator, stove, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, tableware.
Living room sofa folds out into a double bed (140x200cm), so this room may be used as a second bedroom as well.
3. Bedroom
In the bedroom there are two single beds (90x200cm) and a Smart TV. This room may be used as a double bedroom for adults or a room for two kids.
In the living room commode You will find few sets of kids bed linen – for the smallest guests.
The apartment is furnished with two air conditioners (in the bedroom and living room) and mosquito nets.
Urbanization has a large communal swimming pool with a cafe-bar next to it, tennis court, small beautiful park, barbecue area, basketball, little library (books in few different languages), a church and free parking on the street next to the apartment.
Distances:
Swimming pool area with a cafe-bar is only in 2-3 min. walking distance from the apartment.
Grocery store “Mercadona” and a pharmacy is in 5 min. walking distance.
8-10 min. drive by car to the seaside and closest beach – Playa de los Naufragos – with children playground, seaside bar, restaurants and shops around the area.
Playa de los Naufragos (beach) may be also reached by public transport (15 min. drive): a buss stop is in front of DNA hotel (5 min. by walk).
DNA hotel has a roof top restaurant – “Pink cafe”, which provides an amazing panoramic views of the pink salt lake, mountains around it and Torrevieja town. It is a perfect place for a romantic dinner with Your partner or family, located just in 5 min. walking distance from the apartment.
